Social analytics and CSV export

Track per-channel engagement metrics over time, view post-level analytics, and export the data as a CSV file.

Updated Jun 15, 2026

The analytics page shows per-channel performance metrics for your connected social accounts. You can track engagement trends over time, compare periods, and export the data as a CSV.

Open analytics

Navigate to Social then Analytics in the sidebar. The page has two areas:

  • Channel list on the left: every connected channel, shown as a card with the channel name and platform badge.
  • Metrics panel on the right: charts and stats for the selected channel.

View channel metrics

Click a channel in the left sidebar to select it. The first channel is selected automatically when the page loads. The metrics panel shows one card per metric, each with:

  • The metric name (for example impressions, engagement, followers).
  • The total value for the selected time range.
  • A percentage change badge comparing the trend to the previous period (green for positive, red for negative).
  • A line chart plotting daily values across the range.

The exact metrics depend on the platform, because each network exposes different data points.

Change the date range

Use the time range selector in the top-right corner of the metrics panel. Three presets are available: 7d, 30d (default), and 90d. Switching the range reloads the data for the selected channel. Previously loaded ranges are cached, so switching back is instant.

Post-level analytics

You can also view analytics for an individual published post. On the Posts page, published posts with analytics data show a chart icon. Click it to open a dialog with the same metric cards scoped to that post.

Export as CSV

  1. Select a channel and let its metrics load. Click through several channels to load more than one, since data is cached once loaded.
  2. Choose your date range (7d, 30d, or 90d).
  3. Click Download CSV in the toolbar above the metrics panel.
  4. In the dialog, channels with loaded data are pre-selected and channels without data are greyed out. Check or uncheck channels, or use Select all and Deselect all.
  5. Click Download. Your browser saves a file named nolorem-analytics-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.

The CSV contains one row per metric per channel with these columns: Channel, Platform, Date Range, Metric, and Value. The values are aggregated totals for the selected range, not daily breakdowns. For daily trends, use the line charts on the analytics page.

Only channels whose metrics you have loaded are included in the export, and the export uses whichever date range is currently active. The file is built in your browser and downloaded directly, so no data is sent to an external server during export.
