Is there a free plan?

No. Nolorem does not offer a free plan or free tier. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the Pro plan at no cost and without requiring a credit card. After the trial, you need an active subscription to continue using the platform.

What happens when my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

When the 14-day trial expires, you lose access to content creation and publishing features. Your existing content (blog posts, social posts, media) is preserved and you retain read-only access. Subscribe to any plan to regain full access. Nothing is deleted.

What is the difference between Basic, Pro, and Premium?

Accepted Answer

Basic (€19/month) is for growing creators with essential features and standard limits. Pro (€49/month) unlocks the full toolkit with higher limits, advanced voice profiles, and priority research. Premium (€159/month) is for agencies with the highest limits, priority support, and advanced tools. All plans include both blog and social tools.

Do you offer annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly pricing. Basic is €180/year (€15/month), Pro is €470/year (approximately €39/month), and Premium is €1,240/year (approximately €103/month). You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the Billing settings page.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, so you keep the higher-tier features until then. Switch plans from Settings then Billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Nolorem uses Stripe for billing, which supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others depending on your region). You can update your payment method at any time from the Billing page via the Stripe customer portal.
