Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Nolorem ("the Service"), operated by Bonalogic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nolorem is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides blog writing, social media management, and content scheduling tools. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring content you create complies with applicable laws
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current period ends. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Free Trial

Your trial lasts 14 days and gives access to every feature of the platform, in trial quantities: 10 articles, 30 social posts and 3 videos. What your chosen plan allows per month is on the pricing page.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Nolorem. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to deliver the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated output.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nolorem to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Spam or engage in automated abuse of the platform
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide your access or generated content to unrelated third parties as a substitute for their own subscription (see Section 9)

Posting to third-party networks is subject to fair-use limits set by your plan. Some networks, X in particular, charge Nolorem for every post that passes through, so the number of X posts you may publish per calendar month is capped according to your plan. The current cap is shown in your account's usage view and resets at the start of each calendar month.

9. Sharing, Resale, and Third-Party Access

Your subscription, including any API keys and team membership it grants, is for you and your own organisation. You may collaborate with as many team members as you wish. There is no limit on team size, and genuine collaboration within your organisation is fully intended and encouraged. However, you may NOT:

  • sublicense, resell, rent, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service or to content generated with it;
  • share an API key, or provide blog posts or other generated content via that key, to an unrelated third party as a substitute for that party obtaining their own subscription;
  • invite a person or organisation that is not part of your own organisation as a team member in order to give them generate, publish, or content access in place of their own subscription.

Collaboration within your organisation is unlimited and intended. The boundary is third-party substitution: using one subscription to serve people or organisations that would otherwise need their own. We enforce this boundary through content-generation quotas, these Terms, and automated detection of unusual access patterns (for example, an API key used from many different sources), NOT by limiting the number of team members you may add.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nolorem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bonalogic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
