1. Agreement

By using Nolorem ("the Service"), operated by Bonalogic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nolorem is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides blog writing, social media management, and content scheduling tools. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring content you create complies with applicable laws
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current period ends. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial ends, you may continue on a free plan or subscribe to a paid plan.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Nolorem. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to deliver the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated output.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nolorem to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Spam or engage in automated abuse of the platform
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

9. Limitation of Liability

Nolorem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bonalogic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
