Team members and roles
Invite members, assign Admin, Editor, or Contributor roles, manage invitations, and understand seat limits.
Updated Jun 16, 2026
Nolorem workspaces support multiple team members with role-based access. Navigate to Settings then Team. This tab is visible only to workspace admins; non-admins who open the URL directly are redirected.
Viewing members
The Members section lists every active member with their name, email, role badge, and join date. A count in the top-right shows seats used against your plan limit, for example "3 / 5 members".
Inviting a member
- In the Invite member section, enter the person's email address.
- Select a role: Admin, Editor, or Contributor.
- Optionally click Add a personal message to include a note in the invitation email.
- Click Send invite.
The invitee receives an email with a link to join. Expand the Invitations section to view pending, expired, accepted, and revoked invites. You can Resend an expired or pending invite, or Revoke a pending one.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access: manage members, billing, and all content |
| Editor | Create and edit all content, publish and schedule, manage settings |
| Contributor | Create and edit their own content, and submit it for review |
Role badges are color-coded: purple for Admin, blue for Editor, gray for Contributor. Use the role control next to a member to change their role. You cannot change your own role if you are the last admin.
Content review workflow
Contributors can draft blog and social posts but cannot publish or schedule directly. Instead, they hand work to an editor or admin for review.
As a contributor: write your post as usual, then use Submit for review. In the blog editor this is the action button where editors also see Publish and Schedule; in the social composer you save the post for review the same way. The post moves to a Pending review state. If you need to make changes, send it back to draft, revise, and submit again.
As an editor or admin: when a contributor submits a post, every editor and admin in the workspace gets an in-app notification and an email. Open Posts (or the Calendar) to find posts marked Pending review. On each one you can:
- Approve and publish now to push it live immediately.
- Approve and schedule to pick a date and time for it to go out.
- Reject to send it back to the contributor as a draft for revision.
These review controls appear right on the posts list, both in the table view and in the card menu, so you can clear submissions without opening each post.
Removing a member
Remove a member from the workspace using the remove action next to their name. They lose access immediately, but content they created remains in the workspace.
Seat limits
Your subscription sets the maximum number of members. When you reach the limit, the invite form shows a message and Send invite is disabled. Upgrade your plan to add more seats.
