Teamwork on Social Posts

Team members can now draft social posts and submit them for review, so nothing goes live before it is approved.

Creating social content as a team just got easier, and safer.

Draft, submit, approve

Team members with a contributor role can write and prepare social posts, then submit them for review instead of publishing right away. The person in charge gets notified, reviews the post, and approves it when it is ready to go out.

What is new

  • Contributors can create and save social posts as drafts
  • One click sends a post for review
  • Reviewers are notified automatically, both by email and in the app
  • Posts waiting for review are clearly marked on the calendar and in your posts list
  • Right-click any date on the calendar to start a new post for that day
